About Us

Pieces Like Me was created to inspire our youth through visuals depicting minority children in professional careers and inspirational figures in Black History while delivering a hands on experience they can enjoy. It is no secret that there is a lack of diversity and inclusion across many avenues in our society and that doesn't stop with children's toy's. What is more concerning, is the drive for many public school systems in our country to remove and control the narrative of Black History and its impact to America and the World. These issues are what Pieces Like Me aims to address head on. By introducing our children to imagery of professional success, and controlling the narrative of our history, we can create a solid foundation for our youth as we send them out into a world that at times unfortunately seeks to diminish their individual worth. These quality wooden puzzle sets will allow you to effectively teach our youth so much with so little effort while creating priceless memories one puzzle at a time.
